Welcome to Prinz Transport. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.

"Client" refers to any individual or entity booking transportation services with Prinz Transport.
"Service" refers to any private transportation service provided by Prinz Transport, including but not limited to airport transfers, hourly bookings, corporate travel, and special event transport.

All reservations must be made in advance and confirmed by Prinz Transport via email or phone.
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
A valid contact number must be provided at the time of booking.

- Prices are provided at the time of booking and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed upon during booking confirmation.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (with prior approval).

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Prinz Transport monitors flight and train arrivals to ensure timely pickup.

A grace period of 15 minutes is included for all non-airport pickups.

Beyond the grace period, waiting time will be charged at our hourly rate.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.

Any damage caused by the client will be charged accordingly.

Smoking, eating, or consumption of alcohol is not permitted in our vehicles unless approved in advance.

Clients are responsible for their own luggage and personal items.

Prinz Transport cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or forgotten items.

- While we strive to provide timely and reliable service, Prinz Transport is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, road closures).
- Our liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

Prinz Transport is committed to protecting your personal data.
Your information is used solely for service-related communication and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

- These terms are governed by the laws of France.
- Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
